My 4 year loved me reading this hilarious children's book to her. It is narrated by a dill pickle who believes pickles get a bad deal in life. The illustrations are as fun as the jokes. Very entertaining and a joy to read.
My mom has an old record of the song teddy bears picnic that my son loves listening to. He's also is a pretty big fan of unicorns. This is just the perfect amalgamation of the two! Cute pictures and a classic story with a twist. What a great combination!
Nice pictures..started good with unicorns hid behind the trees, looked cute. A strange story. I read this book to my six year old granddaughter. The review are her words, the stars mine.
Unicorn's Picnic by April Hilland Colorful children's book that you can tap and enlarge text. They are only there til 6pm when their parents will take them home. All the animals are watching the special day the unicorns have their picnic. About the author and illustrator are included at the end.
The little unicorns are going to have their big picnic. Its been a long day & they are all wore out. Lots of fun & at 6:00 PM mom/dad unicorn will come get them & take them home. I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one. A very awesome book cover, great colored beautiful watercolor illustrations & proper font & writing style. A very well written children’s unicorn adventure story book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s unicorn adventure movie, or a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars. Thank you for the free author; Roony K Press; BookSends; Amazon Digital Services LLC.; book Tony Parsons MSW (Washburn)
This is a wonderfully vibrant and upbeat rhythm book about unicorns shown with watercolors. This is a great team read book for the little ones. ( They follow along with their finger or they read a page you read a page.). This story is about all the unicorns holiday and celebration of going into the woods for a picnic. Enjoy!!y
Unicorn's PIcnic is a fun book to show what Unicorn's do in their spare time. Just a wonderful fantasy book to let a child get away from the worries of the world and just be a child. A must-have.
